Cancellation Policy:
Please note: All cancellations must be received (not postmarked) in writing via mail or fax transmission 954-929-4300. Cancellation Policy must be strictly enforced since workshops require a great deal of planning and preparation.

• A refund will be given, less a $150.00 processing fee if canceled 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. Any cancellation less than 14 days or "NO SHOWS" will not qualify for a refund but may be used toward a future workshop with the approval of the administrative department of AEII. NO Refunds will be given on discounted workshops or special pricing promotions.
• A minimum number of registrants are necessary for each course and if we do not meet this minimum, or for any other reason beyond our control the course is canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded in full.  Please note AEII is not responsible for deposits to hotels, non-refundable airline tickets or fees associated with necessary airline changes.

Special Note: Registration will not be taken without payment of tuition prior to the workshop. You will receive written confirmation from our office when we receive your payment for a course.  Until you receive this confirmation, please do not assume you are registered for the course.  If you have not received a confirmation within 10 days, please contact us.  Your registration is not finalized until you receive a confirmation packet from our office.  The confirmation will come directly from our office, receipts from paypal or verification of registration online do not constitute for the confirmation.  Registrations are not confirmed until the invoice and confirmation form are sent out by the office.  We are not responsible for accommodating unconfirmed registrations.

Guarantee Policy:
150 Day Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your training you may take the same course again at no additional cost (didactic portion only) within 150 days from your original training date, after which this guarantee is void (hands-on offered with authorization, additional fees apply).  There is no extension granted on this guarantee.  This guarantee is only offered once within the 150 days then all applicable fees apply for attendance.

As per routine protocol when seeking certification in any area of medical practices it is imperative that each individual check with his/her State Licensing Board and review the practice act pertinent to their scope of practice.

If in doubt after reviewing, please direct your legal questions to a member of that state board as our staff is not trained in the legalities of each of your scopes of practice with each state board countrywide and cannot answer your questions.

Aesthetic Enhancement International Institute does not make recommendations and fully cooperates with the Legal Statutes regarding State Boards' complete rights to answer questions that are related to scopes of practice.  AEII does not condone any practice of any of the aesthetic procedures outside of your scope of practice and will not ever advise or uphold any individual that practices outside of their scope of practice.

Note to all RNs-If your scope of practice allows you to perform aesthetic procedures, unless otherwise clearly stated in your scope of practice, you may not provide any of the aesthetic procedures independent of an M.D. As with any other treatment and/or medication administration, the M.D. must perform initial assessments and provide orders for the treatment.
